This digital painting was created on my iPad Pro with watercolour and texture brushes. It comes as a 30 X 22.5CM Giclee print on Watercolour Paper, unframed. If you are viewing this in the Iceland Exhibition then the framed piece on display is £70.

This piece reminds me to take time to go on an adventure, even if it's a quick walk in the forest. The 'happiness effect' of nature is like medicine and the physical and mental benefits are numerous. Our brains have information bombardment every day, getting into nature allows our brains to breathe and free it up to be creative. I love the feeling of taking a few days to go and explore, seeing with my own eyes just how incredible this world is!
