Beneath The Surface - Print

Beneath The Surface was inspired by my visits to The Outer Hebrides, Lundy Island, Bardsey Island and Northumbria. All of these locations were out on the edge of a coastline and so, treated me to a dramatic display of the seawater reaching the coast and crashing onto the rocks.

In this piece, I’ve tried to capture the depth and layers of this meeting of elements in an abstract way.
